I don't offer personal training these days as after working with hundreds of men in the past 6 years, most feedback that having a personal trainer is a short-term fix. Most soon fall back to square one after stopping their PT sessions.
For a while, having someone beside them to ensure they work out, push them, correct their form... can be useful. But it's unsustainable in the long run and there's only so much a PT can do in that hour, or few sessions a week.
There's still the other 23 hours a day that needs to be accounted for through proper coaching on key transformation factors like nutrition, habits, behaviours... which can arguably be more important than that hour of workout.
