What is it that you do exactly?

I coach high achievers and achievement driven men to take back control of their health, fitness, and physique... through my unique coaching methodology that uses a combination of habit and behavioural change coaching, so that the men I work with can create the version of themselves worthy of the ideals — physically, emotionally, mentally...

Do you offer personal training?

I don't offer personal training these days as after working with hundreds of men in the past 6 years, most feedback that having a personal trainer is a short-term fix. Most soon fall back to square one after stopping their PT sessions.

For a while, having someone beside them to ensure they work out, push them, correct their form... can be useful. But it's unsustainable in the long run and there's only so much a PT can do in that hour, or few sessions a week.

There's still the other 23 hours a day that needs to be accounted for through proper coaching on key transformation factors like nutrition, habits, behaviours... which can arguably be more important than that hour of workout.

Will I get one-to-one support?

Yes, and when you need, via our exclusive members application chat. There will also be coaching calls and weekly touch-points so you'll always be supported every step of the way.
